No more prescription booze at New Brunswick hospital

As of January 1, there will be one less hospital in New Brunswick that stocks liquour and beer in its pharmacy for therapeutic purposes. Patients may still be prescribed alcohol, but they'll have to get their families to bring it in for them. There are still two other hospitals in the province that continue to stock medicinal beer.
